I must say....I am super against "waist trainer" I'm a die heart Jillian Michaels fan...body weight training, get the weight off the old school way kinda women...that being said, since my first baby, I needed a little help with tummy control until I'm back at my weight goal...this product was very comfortable...I ran around chasing my almost two years old around the dance floor and in and out of the bathroom with him, (potty training) I squat many times to get him together after going to the bathroom... all night...NO ROLLING DOWN! Excuse the room..I was 6 weeks postpartum when I took this and they fit wonderfully. Didn’t think they would be actually thong like but they are. Went perfectly with the outfit and yes it does hide the belly!!

It makes my shape look so good my butt is a little more pronounced and it holds everything in pretty well. The jeans in the pics and this go hand and hand it’s like can’t have one without the other lol , but I wear it quite often but be warned it pops back when washed so you have to get it back to fit your body in a comfortable way.

This underwear is extremely confortable and it really help with my tummy control specially when I wear tight dresses 🤩 keeps everything in its place without making your butt flat.
